✨This one’s a special one for me ✨
I recently filmed the Filberg Festival here in my beautiful hometown of Comox, and it’s got me feeling pretty darn grateful 🙏💙
For those who don’t know—this Valley is where I grew up. When I moved back 7 years ago, I felt such a strong pull to this place that I left my old business behind and started fresh. The dream? Simple: make videos here in Comox with people I love 🎥🌲
Honestly, I was terrified at first—what if there wasn’t enough work? What if no one needed what I had to offer? Fast forward to now, 1 year into Hometown Creative (the name makes more sense now, right? 😅) and I’m blown away. I’ve been able to tell stories right here in the Valley and meet so many amazing people who’ve become real friends 🤝
So when I got the chance to film the Filberg Festival, it felt like everything came full circle. Being there, surrounded by community, I knew I had made the right choice. 💯
This video isn’t just about the festival—it’s a love letter to Comox, to the people here, and to the dream of doing what I love, in the place I love most. ❤️
